Inclusion Thurrock is a free NHS psychological therapy service for adults living across Thurrock who are experiencing common mental health difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders such as OCD, PTSD and social phobia.
Inclusion Thurrock IAPT is provided by Inclusion, which is part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
This FREE service is available to all patients registered with a GP practice in Thurrock and is open to people aged 18 and over.
After your needs are assessed you will be offered the most appropriate care with a trained professional, which may include talking therapy to help you manage your current mental health problem including
